Catherine Teehan - de Greef, RD, MSc.
Catherine graduated from Dublin City University, Ireland with a Bachelor (Hons) in Biotechnology. She then went on to complete a research Masters at the Teagasc Food Research Centre in Ireland and authored a number of publications. She has 13 years of experience as a Product Developer and Project Manager in the food industry and has a proven track record in the implementation of international projects. In recent years she completed a Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and is now focused on dietetic treatment and nutritional healthcare for the elderly.
